Hey Scavengers,

For a while now, the game has not been updated on Itch. If you're one of the few people who decided to get the game here instead of on Steam, we've added and changed far too many things to fit into a single devlog, so I'll give you the biggest stuff and link you to the steam community pages where you can read each update in detail.

1.1.0:

• Boss Training has been added, allowing you to practice against bosses without risking your gear.
• The forge and contraband station have swapped locations, allowing for better progression.
• Boss 1 has been nerfed slightly.
• Boss 3 has been buffed moderately.

1.2.0

Video devlog showcasing the update in detail! 

• Added several difficulty and progression options, with the new default difficulty allowing you to skip previously cleared levels for free, but providing a loot bonus for descending consecutively.
• Forgekeeper Lyla added as a miniboss. She guards the forge on each third sublevel, and foreshadows some of the mechanics of the following boss to prepare the player for things like follow up attacks and dodges. Defeating her will unlock the forge for use on that layer permanently.
• The options menu has been greatly expanded, including options for rebinding controls for both KB+M and controller.
• Guards now have several additional animations while on patrol and interact with their environment (typing at a computer, leaning on a wall, taking notes, etc.)
